practices of both customer service-focused community
banking, and the product diversity and transaction
size capabilities of multistate mega banks.
We support our offices with the weight of our experience
and financial resources, yet we emphasize and promote decentralized
local decision making. Simultaneously, we support our community
offices with highly sophisticated delivery channels such
as internet banking, 24-hour voice response telephone banking
services, and the amazingly popular debit cards, in addition
to specialized lending products such as USDA and SBA guaranteed
loans. Plus, because we are one bank and one trust Company
(Community Trust Bank, Inc. and Community Trust and Investment
Company) we are able to offer a unique blending of
traditional and innovative products, including cash management,
full brokerage services and check imaging statements.
