As a CTB Mobile Banking customer you now have access to Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (Mobile RDC) via your mobile device.
What is Mobile Remote Deposit Capture?
The Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (Mobile RDC) feature allows you to deposit a check through the CTB Mobile Banking App by using your phone's camera to capture an image of the front and back of a check. All you need is access to a data connection on your mobile device. The Mobile RDC feature will be accessible to you via the Mobile App on your phone, but is not available via Mobile Web or SMS modes.
How will I know if the Mobile Remote Capture has been deposited into my account?
You will be notified via email once the deposit has been approved.
You must have an eligible deposit account and the account must be open for at least 60 days to qualify. The mobile deposit cut-off time is 4:00 PM ET. If deposit is made after 4:00 PM ET or on a day that is not a business day, the funds will not be available until the second business day. For example, if you make a Mobile Deposit on Friday at 5:00 PM ET, Community Trust Bank will process the transaction on Monday and your funds will be available on Tuesday.
We reserve the right to delay availability of all or a portion of the deposit. Customers will be notified no later than the next business day if funds are delayed.
