One of the first times you access your accounts online, you will be prompted to follow the Out-Of-Band Authentication process. You will have two options that will allow you to continue the login process; “Continue with Security Code” or “Continue with Security Questions”.
Continue with Security Code: You will choose to receive the security code by phone or text.
Continue with Security Questions: You will have the opportunity to answer four security questions taken from over 50 public sources.
Please make sure your phone number(s) with Community Trust Bank are up to date
- We will NEVER email you for your personal information. Any email claiming to be the bank requesting personal information such as Social Security numbers, IDs, or passwords should not be trusted or opened.
- Do not write your password down.
- Use a different password to access your online accounts than ones you use for other applications.
- Always log off your online banking session before leaving your computer.
