How do you get e-statements?

Consumer Customers

1. Sign up for Internet Banking.
   • Are you a Community Trust Bank Consumer Customer, and already have an Internet Banking account? Use the following link to sign in to your Consumer Internet Banking account now.
2. Once you have signed in to your Consumer eBanking account, click on the Accounts tab from the top navigation bar.
3. Then select Online documents, your available choices will be shown.
4. Select change your document delivery method.
5. Your available accounts will be displayed. Change your delivery method as desired and Submit.
6. You are now enrolled in electronic statements and will be notified by email when your statement or notice is ready for viewing.

Business Customers

1. Sign up for Internet Banking.
   • Are you a Community Trust Bank Business Customer, and already have an Internet Banking account? Use the following link to sign in to your Business Internet Banking account now.
2. Once you have signed in to Business eBanking account, click on the Reports tab from the top navigation bar.
3. Select Statements and Documents.
4. Select view and maintain document preferences, your available choices will be displayed.
5. Change your delivery preference as desired, Continue and Save Preferences.
6. You are now enrolled in electronic statements and will be notified by email when your statement or notice is ready for viewing.
