Meet our Management & Administrative Team:
Andy D. Waters, CTFA®
President and CEO
Andy began his career with Community Trust and Investment Company (CTIC) in 2004 and was named President and CEO in 2011. Andy has worked in the administration of investment agency accounts, trusts, IRAs and estates since 1987. As President and CEO, he is responsible for the oversight and direction of CTIC, serves as a Board Member for CTIC and is an Executive Vice President for Community Trust Bancorp, Inc., the holding company of the trust subsidiary. Prior to joining CTIC, Andy was Vice President at First Citizens Bank in Raleigh, NC where he was employed for nearly 17 years. Andy has been a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) since 1997. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, B.B.A., in Trust Management from Campbell University in 1987.
Andy is active in the community and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Trinity Christian Academy. He also serves on Trinity's Development Committee and Leadership Council. Furthermore, Andy is a member of the Midwest-Midsouth Estate Planning Institute Planning Committee for the University of Kentucky Continuing Legal Education. Andy serves on the Finance Committee and is a Trustee and an Elder at Tates Creek Presbyterian Church. He is a member of the Board (past Chairman) of the Trust Education Foundation, which is affiliated with Campbell University, and currently serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee. Andy is also a member and former President of the Bluegrass Estate Planning Council.
Andy is a native of Jacksonville, NC and moved to Lexington, KY in 2004. He is married and has five children and one son-in-law.

Mary Donna Broz
Executive Administrative Assistant
Mary Donna joined the CTIC family in 2008. She is a native Kentuckian and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in English.
Mary Donna has a long history as a community leader and volunteer with cultural and charitable organizations in Lexington and Southern California. She serves on the Kentucky Humanities Council Board and previously on other community boards including Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra, The Lexington Singers, Baby Health Service, Inc., the Blue Grass Charity, Inc., and the Lexington Arts and Cultural Council (LexArts). Mary Donna is past President and Chairman of the Board of the Junior League of Lexington and past Fundraiser Program Chairman for Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
Mary Donna is an avid supporter of the arts in Lexington and performs with The Lexington Singers and previously with the Lexington Chamber Chorale, the University of Kentucky Opera Theatre's Grand Night for Singing and the San Fernando Valley Master Chorale.

Taylor Cook joined the CTIC family in 2021. She is a native Kentuckian and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.B.A. in Business Administration and a Minor in Rick Management and Insurance.
