David Sever

Director of Financial Services
(CTFS)

David Sever has been in the financial services industry since 1990. He joined the CTB family in 1998, starting and leading our financial services business unit since its inception. Prior to joining Community Trust, he was Vice President and Sales Manager of the financial services unit of Great Financial Bank in Louisville KY.

David currently resides in Versailles, KY and enjoys spending time with his family.

Rhonda began her career with Community Trust in 2014 in retail banking and transferred to Community Trust and Investment Company in 2017. In November 2022, Rhonda joined the CTFS team as the Operations and Client Services Associate.

Prior to banking, Rhonda gained valuable experience in real estate, accounting, and administrative work. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Rhonda is originally from Pikeville, KY and currently resides in Lexington.

She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and outdoor activities.
