PIKEVILLE, KENTUCKY: Mark A. Gooch, Chairman, President and CEO of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc., is pleased to announce that Nathaniel R. Hayes has been promoted to the position of Summersville Market President of Community Trust Bank, Inc.
Mr. Hayes’ responsibilities include providing consumer, residential, and commercial lending options to new and existing clients, as well as offering a variety of financial solutions to individuals and businesses including the acceptance of time and demand deposits, providing cash management services to corporate and individual customers; issuing letters of credit; renting safe deposit boxes, and providing electronic banking and funds transfer services. His office is located at 507 Main Street in Summersville, West Virginia.
Mr. Hayes has 13 years business management experience with 8 years in banking. He has worked for Community Trust Bank since 2022 as a consumer, residential and commercial loan officer, a market security representative and a branch manager. He graduated from Nicholas County High School in Summersville, West Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with a minor in Finance, from Fairmont State University in Fairmont, West Virginia.
Mr. Hayes is a member of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, Summersville Area Chamber of Commerce, Summersville Rotary Club and West Virginia Bankers Association. He and his wife Destiny reside in Oak Hill, West Virginia.
