PIKEVILLE, KENTUCKY: Mark A. Gooch, Chairman, President and CEO of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc., is pleased to announce that Barry E. Frazier has been named the Mt. Sterling Market President of Community Trust Bank, Inc.
Mr. Frazier’s responsibilities include providing consumer, residential, and commercial lending options to new and existing clients, as well as offering a variety of financial solutions to individuals and businesses including the acceptance of time and demand deposits, providing cash management services to corporate and individual customers; issuing letters of credit; renting safe deposit boxes, and providing electronic banking and funds transfer services. Mr. Frazier also manages the two branch offices in the Mt. Sterling, Kentucky market. His office is located at 110 North Maysville Street in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.
Mr. Frazier has worked in the banking industry for over 30 years in retail, mortgage and commercial lending. He graduated from Montgomery County High School in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky and is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Mr. Frazier is a board member of the Mt. Sterling Chamber of Commerce, the Industrial Authority Board, Morehead State University at Mt. Sterling Advisory Board, the Mt. Sterling – Montgomery County Historical Society, and is a member of the Mt. Sterling Kiwanis Club. He and his family reside in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.
