Charlene Miller Promoted to Hazard Market President

PIKEVILLE, KY. – Mark A. Gooch, President and CEO of Community Trust Bank, is pleased to announce that Charlene Miller has been promoted to the position of Hazard Market President.

Mrs. Miller's responsibilities include providing consumer, residential, and commercial lending options to new and existing clients, as well as offering a variety of financial solutions to individuals and businesses including the acceptance of time and demand deposits, providing cash management services to corporate and individual customers; issuing letters of credit; renting safe deposit boxes, and providing electronic banking and funds transfer services. Through its subsidiaries, Community Trust also offers trust and wealth management services and brokerage services. The Hazard Market includes three office locations in Hazard, Kentucky. Mrs. Miller's office is located at 100 Citizens Lane in Hazard, Kentucky.

Mrs. Miller has worked at Community Trust Bank for more than 30 years. She has worked as a teller, loan processor and loan officer. She graduated from Buckhorn High School in Buckhorn, Kentucky and attended Hazard Community and Technical College in Hazard, Kentucky as well as the Kentucky Bankers Association General Banking School.

Mrs. Miller is a member of Hazard Perry County Lions Club, the Hazard-Perry County Lions Club Board, the Hazard Perry Community Ministries Board, and The Bobbie Davis Park and Museum Board. She was a member of the Perry County School Board for 8 ½ years. Mrs. Miller resides in Hazard, Kentucky.
